A: We ride rain or shine. We provide free disposable rain ponchos. Just ask your guide at the start of the tour.

A: For public tours and rentals, arrive 15 minutes before departure for bike fitting. If you are bringing your own bike, arrive 5 minutes early. For private tours, you may arrive at your convenience, but the tour will strictly end at the scheduled time. Please notify us if you will be late.
Q: How far do we ride, and what is the pace?
A: Three-hour tours cover approximately 13 km. Two-hour tours cover approximately 8 km. The pace is relaxed. You do not need to be an expert, but it is better to be a confident cyclist.

A: Helmets are not legally required in Denmark. However, we provide them for free on all guided tours. For standalone bike rentals, helmets are available for a small additional fee.

A: We use standard Danish city bikes. We also offer kids' bikes, cargo bikes, and bikes equipped with toddler or child seats. You are welcome to bring your own bike, which reduces the ticket price.

A: Minimum age requirements are listed on each specific tour page. To join a public tour on their own bike, a child must be at least 115 cm tall to safely ride a small adult bike. For children under 115 cm, we recommend booking a private tour or utilizing one of our cargo bikes or child seats so the group can maintain a consistent pace.

A: Public tours are capped at 12 people. Standard private tours are capped at 16 people. For larger custom groups, capacity depends on the group's composition. We may assign an assistant guide or split the group into smaller cohorts.

A: Tipping is not expected in Denmark. However, if you feel your guide provided exceptional service, a gratuity is always appreciated.
Q: What is the minimum and maximum rental duration?
A: The minimum rental duration is one day. You can book up to 14 days directly on our website. For longer rentals, please send us an email.

A: Please pick up your bike at the specific time you booked. If you need to arrive at a different time, email or call us in advance to confirm it is possible. Walk-ins without a reservation are welcome between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM. We have a 24-hour self-return system, so you can drop off the bike at your convenience.
